1. What is with these teas?

They’re yummy and organic. These teas were created for your drinking pleasure with the flavor profile being the top priority. With that said, the plants also have medicinal properties.

Green Tea is known for its powerful anti-oxidants along with properties that are thought to have a beneficial effect on your liver, kidneys, heart, gut, teeth and gums. I included it for its mild caffeine supply. Green tea is unfermented Black Tea.

Fennel - digestive aid, anti-inflammatory, estrogenic, and anti-microbial properties.

Dandelion is nutritive, liver and kidney health.

Licorice root - anti-viral, anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-allergy, expectorant.

Turmeric - anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, antimicrobial, and digestive.
